Quick Beef Stew

Ingredients:

1 pound ground beef

15 ounce can of mixed vegetables*

2 cans V-8 vegetable juice, 11.5 ounce

 

Directions:

  1. In a skillet, brown the ground beef, drain, & add to pot.

  2. Add the mixed vegetables & V-8 juice.

  3. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, & simmer until veggies are hot. 

  4. Serve with crackers or cornbread.

 

*To substitute: chop up mixed vegetables & add 1 cup of water
