Sautéed Broccoli Rabe

Ingredients:

1 bunch broccoli rabe

1 tbsp olive oil

2 garlic cloves, sliced

Salt and pepper to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Trim 1/2 inch off the ends of the broccoli rabe. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the broccoli rabe and cook for 2 minutes. Remove and allow to cool. 

  2. Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Stir in the garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add the broccoli rabe and sauté for 3-5 minutes. Remove from the pan. Season with  salt and pepper.
