Celery Root Mash
Ingredients:
2 pound celery root
1/2 cup milk or cream
3 tablespoon unsalted butter
Salt to taste
Directions:

Bring a large pot of salted water to a simmer.

Peel the celery root with a knife and cut into 1-inch cubes.

Boil for 25-30 minutes or until celery root is soft.

Drain the pot and put the pot back on the stove on low heat. Cover and let the celery root steam for a minute or two.

Add the milk or cream, butter, and salt, then mash well.

Serve and Enjoy.
