Fried Rice with Egg

Ingredients:

3 cups cooked rice cooled

1 cup cooked vegetables of your choice

2 tbsp oil

2 eggs

Soy sauce to taste

 

Directions:

  1. Scramble the 2 eggs in a small frying pan and set aside. 

  2. Heat the oil in a large pan, add the vegetables and cook for a few minutes. Add the rice and eggs and stir to combine. 

  3. Add in soy sauce to taste and cook until heated through.
