Roasted Beets

Ingredients:

6-7 whole beets

2 tbsp oil of choice

Salt

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and line a baking sheet with tinfoil and non-stick spray.

  2. Scrub and rinse the beets well. Cut off the ends of the beets and cut into 1/2” cubes. In a bowl, toss the beet cubes in the olive oil, salt and preferred seasoning. Then, transfer to baking sheet. 

  3. Bake for 45-60 mins or until beets are lightly crisp.
