Mug Omlette 

Ingredients:

2 eggs

1 tbsp flour

1 tbsp milk

1 tbsp cheese, grated

Add toppings in such as ham, chicken, peppers, & etc

 

Directions:

  1. In a small bowl crack and beat your eggs with a fork.

  2. Stir in the flour, milk, cheese, and toppings.

  3. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  4. Pour mixture into your mug. 

  5. Microwave for 1 1/2 min to 2 mins or until cooked. Enjoy.
